Returns & Refunds

At Independent Graphics, each item is carefully created, printed, and prepared with attention to detail. Because many products are made in small batches, returns are not generally accepted for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or has a production issue, please contact Independent Graphics within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or problem with the item and packaging

Photos help Independent Graphics understand what happened and ensure future orders are packaged and produced to the highest standards.

After reviewing the issue, Independent Graphics may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect Orders

If the wrong item was received, please contact Independent Graphics within 7 days of delivery. The issue will be reviewed and corrected as quickly as possible.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds are not available for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or product selection
  • Normal variations that occur with printed artwork and handmade products
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper care or handling
